Get involved: the Vashon Senior Center
Welcome! We are grateful for our Senior Center Members and Volunteers.
We offer two Membership levels: a $35 Annual Membership contribution and $1,000 Lifetime Membership contribution. Members receive a monthly newsletter, receive select discounts and early access for trips, are celebrated at annual events, and vote for the Senior Center’s Board of Directors.
We invite you to consider making an additional donation along with your Membership.
Vashon Senior Center provides essential services like food security, health and wellness programs, social connections and support, and programs and events that invigorate minds, bodies and spirits. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds at the Vashon Senior Center. Programs are open to all older adults, regardless of membership status or ability to pay.
Your contributions help the elders of our community every day. Vashon Senior Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and contributions are tax deductible to the full extent.
1. JOIN
Join the Center for $35.00/year with the choice to pay for only one-year or auto-renew annually. You can also become a lifetime member with a one-time payment of $1,000. All three options are available below:

Walk in anytime to the Center, and we will be happy to assist you.
*The Senior Center never turns anyone away for inability to pay. If the membership fee creates a financial hardship, please let us know. We are happy to discuss other options with you.
2. Donate
If you wish to deepen your engagement with the Vashon Senior Center and support our work, contributions are welcomed, encouraged and appreciated.
Vashon Senior Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. Our tax ID number is 80-0340771. All contributions are tax deductible to the full extent.

3. support the Center with a major gift
Donating appreciated stocks, or making the Center a beneficiary of an IRA or life insurance is easily arranged. If you’d like to talk about ways you can leave a legacy through a bequest or major gift, please contact our board at board@vashoncenter.org.
4. Purchase 10 Lunches for the price of 9

You can purchase multi lunches online! Ten $6.00 lunches for the price of nine. Only $55. Buy 10 for yourself, 10 for a friend, or 10 for someone in need of a little assistance. We’ll keep track of your lunches and let you know when it’s time to buy a new card.
